This Privacy Policy explains how Pancake Power Co. | Custom Creations ("we," "us," or "our") handles information you provide when you visit our website or request personalized digital coloring artwork.
Information we collect
When you submit a custom creation request, we may receive your name, email address, optional phone number, selected package, occasion, creative instructions, reference photos, and other information you choose to provide. We may also receive communications relating to your order and confirmation that you accepted the order form's terms and permissions.
How we use your information
We use submitted information to review your request, communicate about price and timing, create and revise your artwork, deliver your printable digital files, handle customer service, and maintain appropriate business records.
Reference photos and artwork
Please upload reference photos using our order form rather than sending them by regular email. We use reference photos to evaluate and create your requested artwork. We do not publish your original reference photos. We share finished customer artwork publicly for promotional purposes only when you separately authorize that use. Choosing not to grant marketing permission does not prevent you from placing an order.
Forms, payments, and service providers
Our order request form is provided through Jotform. After we review and accept an order, payment is arranged separately through our Venmo Business Profile; we do not collect your Venmo login credentials or full payment card information through our website order form. Jotform, Venmo, our website hosting provider, and other service providers may process information as needed to provide their services, subject to their own privacy practices.
Information sharing
We do not sell customer reference photos or personal information. We may share information with service providers as needed to operate the business, comply with legal obligations, protect rights and safety, or respond to lawful requests.
Storage and security
We take reasonable steps to limit access to customer submissions and use service providers to help process orders. No online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for orders, customer support, business records, and applicable legal obligations; retention may vary by type of information and service provider.
Your choices and requests
You may contact us to request information about, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold, subject to applicable law and necessary recordkeeping. You can also withdraw permission for future promotional use of finished artwork by contacting us; this may not undo material already published or distributed.
Children's privacy
Our custom order service is intended for adults placing orders. Parents or guardians should submit requests involving children and only upload photos they are authorized to provide. We do not knowingly solicit orders directly from children.

Our website may link to external services such as Jotform, Venmo, and Amazon. Their privacy policies govern information they collect through their services.
